Mr. Mahajan has been with First Rockford Group since 1996 and currently spearheads the company’s retail development and leasing initiatives. He specializes in a variety of acquisition and freestanding/power center redevelopment specially tailored to our national client and broker relationships.

Pankaj is a graduate civil engineer as well as a graduate of Kellogg School of Management from Northwestern University. With 20 years of experience in business including construction, leasing, design and land development, Pankaj has a broad, overall understanding of client relationships and the development process.
